To choose Durian for your "King of Fruit's Smoothies," you can use any species of Durian that Ripe and soft for easily blending.
Then you prepare the mixture of ice, syrup, and Whipped light cream.
You can put as much Durian as you need.
Because Durian is harder to blend than other fruit! We put syrup to make it softer.
